VariantRecalibrationWalkersIntegrationTest.java	VariantOptimizer package is moved to core, renamed as VariantRecalibration, and added to the binary release package. VariantOptimizer walker is renamed to GenerateVariantClustersWalker and ApplyVariantClustersWalker renamed to VariantRecalibrator.
