Mark DePristo f6a2ca6e7f Fixes / TODOs for meaningful results with AFCalculationResult ... -- Right now the state of the AFCaclulationResult can be corrupt (ie, log10 likelihoods can be -Infinity). Forced me to disable reasonable contracts.
