Guillermo del Angel f1db31f072 Attempt to reduce memory footprint of ValidationSiteSelector (if this doesn't work then a radical rewrite of the walker to make it two-pass will be necessary): don't log any attributes of original VCF, if we need chr counts later we can reannotate from original inputs.
