* After consulting Tim/David/Mauricio we determined that the md5 changes were due to different encodings of binary arrays in samjdk * However, it made no functional difference to the results (confirmed by Eric) so we agreed to update md5s * Also, the header of one of the test bams was malformed but old picard jar didn't perform checks so it only started failing now * Fixed the bam |
