Also with the new change to record pairing and filtering, the multiple-records integration test changed: the indel records (T/TG | T/TGACA) are matched up (rather than left separate) resulting in properly identifying mismatching alleles, rather than HET-UNAVAILABLE and UNAVAILABLE-HET.
