Mauricio Carneiro b5bdea1cb9 Fix: hardclip first interval overlap but overlap subsequent intervals ... If a read had the left tail clipped (that would overlap the current interval) but the right tail overlaps other intervals, this was triggering out of order reads to get processed before they should.
