aaron 9f6377f7fb added a performance test build option (for the upcoming performance test suite), and added a sample performance test for VariantEval. ... src/org/broadinstitute/sting	added the ability to create interval lists directly from a ROD, using the command line arg '-BTI' (long name '--rodToIntervalTrackName').
