aaron ec94cfdf05 remove unit test for VCF writer, it's not applicable now that we produce only VCF4. src	Parallelized CountCovarites! percent_ref_called_var now a standard genotype concordance module (for validation!). Really much smarter merging of headers for combineVariants.
