Improved AnalyzeCovariates (AC) integration test.
Renamed AC test files ending with .grp to .table

Implementation:

* Removed RECAL_PDF/CSV_FILE from RecalibrationArgumentCollection (RAC). Updated rest of the code accordingly.
* Fixed BQSRIntegrationTest to work with new changes
