Eric Banks 6c872308d8 Add the capability to the N-cigar splitter to also hard-clip off overhangs based on observed split positions. ... We use a "manager" to keep track of observed splits and previous reads. This can be extended/modified in the future to try to salvage those overhangs instead of hard-clipping them and/or try other possible strategies.
