andrewk 6bcdac5c62 Restructured AlleleFrequency classes into 3 classes: AlleleFrequencyWalker, AlleleFrequencyMetricsWalker, AlleleFrequencyEstimate. AlleleFrequencyMetricsWalker class now calls mapper function of AlleleFrequencyWalker and works with the result.
