Khalid Shakir 376592f423 Various fixes for package tests. Explicitly including gatk/queue test-jar artifacts in package test classpaths. SelectVariantsIntegrationTest#testInvalidJexl now resets the JexlEngine silent flag that VariantFiltration.initialize() toggles.
