aaron 0108517b98 updating the Tribble track loading code to use the new shared locks, updated lots of new tests, add infrastructure for the TreeInterval, and removed the old locking class.

executive A long overdue correction; all unit tests now end in 'UnitTest'. This was something we wanted to do for a while, and now with the performance tests coming, it was a good time to clean-up.
