depristo	af1bce3492	Longer wait time for threading test (5 min now) and an assertion to ensure that all jobs finished. depristo	afbea9ce59	SharedMemory and SharedFile implementations of GenomeLocProcessingTracker, along with serious unit tests that both pass.
