depristo	8f1a32acae	All exceptions thrown by the GATK have been reviewed and UserErrors replaced where appropriate. Shazam. hanna	a40e64e47b	A downsampling validator. Compares the generated pileup passed in from the alignment context to the reads, passed in as a Tribble SAM text feature.
