Subject: [PATCH] Updated md5's from BiasedDownsamplerIntegrationTest that
 changed due to changes in HaplotypeCaller - changing HashMaps to
 LinkedHashMaps changed ordering of reads presented to BiasedDownSampler which
 changed reads chosen, thereby marginally changing PL's and some site info.
