InsertSizeDistribution was totally busted, and was killing my retrogene pipeline. I'm not sure GATKReports are any longer meant to be dynamically updated, so I've altered it to calculate the histogram internally and dump it to a molten output table. Also the genotyper wants to read in a flat file, so that'll need to be changed in the near future.
