Adding an experimental format field annotation that calculates the per-sample residual dosage after accounting for LD. It's meant to be run in a single pass over a chromosome, for instance.

Currently it does not work due to a bug in the variant annotator engine, see GSA-532. When that's fixed it'll likely reveal broken code.
